The evening will consist of a catered dinner, stories of transformation, determination, and success that have taken place on our very own campus. There will also be both live and silent auctions.

You are invited to join us for our fundraising banquet: Education is Transformation! Our focus this year is to illustrate the transformation that happens when Côte d’Ivoire’s youth receive a comprehensive education. This event is being held so that 1040i can complete Phase III of our campus: The High School. We will also be celebrating the opening of the Middle School on our Tanda Bilingual Academy campus!
Amiezi Danielle is in 5th grade and has been at our Tanda Bilingual Academy for over three years. She has two younger brothers who also attend with her. She was saved from being given away to marriage, something that is not uncommon for young girls in Côte d’Ivoire. Through education, their opportunities are abundant and something no one else in their family has received. Danielle has worked hard at reaching her goals and has recently been awarded Top Student in Primary School in the city, Best Poet, and Top Student in her grade in the city! Education is a vital tool for everyone, but especially young girls. Education spreads awareness, progresses culture, is empowering, and most importantly gives people a decision in the direction of their lives.

Phase I and II - Building and furnishing the Elementary School, Middle School, Administration Building, Infirmary, two Cantines, and Student housing!
Phase III - The High School and accompanying bathrooms, and Multipurpose Sports Court. The cost for the final phase of our development is $280,000. With your help, we can finish this campus!
